Rates and Charges
October 1 - June 14
Daily Rate. Week Month
$300 (*A three-night minimum stay is generally required.  An exception rate of $350/night applies for two-night stays.) $1750 $5550
June 15 - September 30
Daily Rate. Week Month
$250 (*A three-night minimum stay is generally required.  An exception rate of $300/night applies for two-night stays.) $1500 $4800
 
Deposit (50% of rent) required at time of booking.   Full amount due no later than 30 days before check-in.  Dates will be held only upon return of executed rental agreement and payment of booking deposit.    
A security deposit equal to 50% of rental charge will be charged.  
Rent charges are refundable subject to the terms of the rental agreement.  Cancellation fees apply. 
Additional fees:  11.5% Palm Springs City Tax  Optional pool heating @ $49/day, $250/week  Utility fee:  $49/day, $250/week  (June 15 - September 30)  Departure cleaning fee:  $185.
  • No pets Allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • Rentals limited to parties of eight (8) or fewer.
